Thank you for considering our salon. Thank you for considering our salon. My name is Kirra, owner and operator of Kirra’s Braids Hair Salon, located 4043 E. Trinity Mills Rd, Dallas TX, 75287. I ask that you all please read below as I attempt to answer most questions you may have.
I specialize in complex, long-lasting braided styles and am committed to high standards of hygiene and customer service. I invite you to schedule an appointment today and experience the full scope of our services.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. We do allow a maximum of 15 mins late with advanced notice. If you are past the 15-minute grace period your appointment is subject to cancellation. Final payments must be paid in full by Zelle to 469-987-0038. All deposits are non-refundable and/or nontransferable. There is a flat fee of $2.50 additional applied to the website booking. All appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment, or you will be responsible for the full remaining balance of your appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS. No show appointments will be charged the full remaining balance NO EXCEPTIONS. If the cost is not paid you will not be allowed to rebook in the future. Appointment style selections can NOT be substituted UNLESS it’s of the same timeframe or less, and of equal value or more. After hour/ holiday appointments are avail. If any appointment is booked on or after 7pm, or a holiday, please be sure to add on the after hour/holiday option
If you’re receiving any of the styles below, please have your hair washed, blow dried and flat ironed, oil free. Please make sure there is no leave in conditioner, thermasilk, heat protectant and or oil in your hair. I know most of you may ask how we can apply heat without oil? Try using a product that doesn’t leave a greasy residue at a MINIMUM amount. One that we would recommend is Mizani Therma silk in a small amount. Reason being is that it will ultimately affect the result of your hair style if combined with the products used. This applies specifically to stitched braid styles. We would love for you to receive the desired look you were expecting. If your hair is soaked in oil, you will be offered a shampoo, blow dry at an additional cost, only if there is time avail before the next client, or you will be asked to cancel with total balance due. If you are booking a style such as tribals, lemonade braids, or small feed ins a consult is strongly suggested to ensure pricing will not increase due to head size. If you experience any alopecia, bald spots, or challenging areas, book a consult to ensure the style is possible.
All styles require 4 inches MINIMUM of hair to be serviced.
If you have any sores or bleeding of the scalp, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. It is unsanitary and could ultimately risk infection to continue to attempt to service you in that condition.
If you’re coughing, sneezing or showing any symptoms of being ill, we would need to reschedule.
We currently use Outre Ultra Braid or Freetress 301 pre stretched hair. Be sure to add waist length as a part of service if desired.
Please allow a 45 min lunch for all styles 6 hours to move forward by booking, that means you have read, understood and agree to the policy at hand.
